Located in the heart of Windsor Ontario, Brentwood is a non-denominational recovery home that has served over 20,000 men and women primarily from Windsor and Essex County; however, clients come from all over Canada and the United States.
The facility is set on nine acres with three main buildings and a pavilion. It is staffed by 65 employees including certified counsellors and a full medical staff.

Conforming “We didn’t conform to the way God meant it to be with the good people that He put in my life!” Fr. Paul – Oct. 15, 2008.
We thought we could do a better job ourselves. It was difficult for us to believe that other people knew what was better for us than what we knew. We thought we were a little different and a little better than the people in our lives. We thought we could look after ourselves better than others. In our disease we thought that we were superior to others, including God. These people were good people and did God’s will and tried to help us and teach us properly about caring and loving. We did not conform to God’s will for our lives or the people that God put in our lives to help us. In recovery we can allow the people that God puts in our lives to now love and care for us so that we can experience what love is.
My commitment today is to conform to the program and God’s will for my life.
