Recovery Starts Here

Here at Brentwood, we understand how hard the first steps of Recovery can be.

We are here for you! Our staff, alumni and volunteers have lived experience and understand the struggles of the alcoholic. We have been where you are. You are not alone.

The Brentwood Residential Addiction Treatment Program is abstinence based. Our Family Systems model of treatment consists of meetings, one-on-one counselling and intensive group therapy. The Residential Program is between twenty-one and ninety days, which is determined by the Intake Department and the client’s individual progress and needs.

Admission

For each of our programs the admission process is the same. We are gender inclusive, but Men’s and Women’s programs are separated. Fraternizing is prohibited. Brentwood retains the right to decline a client. Please note, those clients residing outside Essex, Kent, or Lambton counties are usually designated for the long-term program.

  • The first step is making a phone call to the Intake Department (519) 253-2441 ext 206.
  • Please leave your name and phone number. Our Intake staff will return your phone call in sequence typically within a few business days.
  • A phone interview will be conducted to assess suitability for one of our programs.
  • Following approval, an admission appointment will be booked. Please do not come in prior to this date.
  • Bring your Health Card along with any medications at the time of your admission appointment.
  • During admission, a senior client will be assigned to help acclimate to the program structure and schedule.
